The library contains 300+ hours of soft-skills training. Each program includes facilitator and participant materials for virtual and classroom instructor-led training and self-study online learning. The library is a complete, research-based content library that is also fully customizable, so you can add your company-specific content, use your logo or team name, shorten or lengthen the content, arrange titles into a curriculum - the possibilities for making it your own are endless.

How you can get started training today

The RTL customizable training materials are provided as digital files in Microsoft Office format and include all three versions. Files are unlocked and completely editable with basic MS Office skills. Upon completion of your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase and a second email upon registration with instructions on accessing your files.

The RTL is sold under an annual license agreement

Purchase price varies depending upon organization employee size (not the number of employees you plan to train). The RTL license is for a one-year term with low annual renewal rates. You'll have full use of the program materials with employees of your organization. Contact us if you need help selecting the proper license.

Consultants and training companies are not eligible for direct purchase of the RTL but may work with their clients to purchase the RTL through the HRDQ Affiliate Program.

You'll receive new and revised titles - Free

The RTL is constantly growing and improving. During the term of your license, and at no additional cost, you will receive a minimum of four new programs and updates, if any, to existing titles. Near the end of each license term we'll send you an email with a substantial discount off your Annual License Renewal. If you choose not to renew your license you agree to discontinue use of the RTL.

How to choose the correct RTL license

The RTL may be used with every employee in your organization. For that reason licenses are based upon the organization's total number of persons employed (rather than the number of employees you intend to train).

  • Business License – Organizations with less than 5,000 employees.
  • Corporate License – Organizations with 5,000-10,000 employees.
  • Enterprise License – Organizations with more than 10,000 employees.

  • The RTL is intended for use within an organization for training of its employees. The library may not be distributed, sold, shared, or loaned. Please read the RTL End User License Agreement (EULA) prior to your purchase.
