How It Works
The Leadership Metaphor Explorer is an interactive training tool designed to stimulate creative, insightful conversations in and among groups about leadership. Individuals choose the option that resonates with them the most from a deck of 83 image and caption cards, then participate in a group discussion about leadership in organizations.
The comprehensive Facilitator’s Guide is designed to help instructors and participants understand how leadership plays out in their organizations, communities, and across boundaries.
Uses and Applications
Conducting a Leadership Metaphor Explorer session requires no specialized training or coaching skills. By sharing different metaphors among themselves, team, and organizational members can stimulate wisdom and understanding about how leadership plays out in the organization, in communities, and across geographical and cultural boundaries.
